The trouble we had was the follow up on completing the alarm system and for months I have call and waited for a response about the generator we had Tyler wire for us. I have taken several days off from work because he would say that he would be by. There has been an excuse or a justification. Yesterday a huge storm hit and of course we were without power. Again yesterday I waited for Tyler to show and no call, nothing. His inability to follow through takes away any benefit of using this man.
