It was completed on time for the quoted price. It was good quality. They were professional and helpful. They made a couple changes that I requested. They were good.

We scheduled the appointment to do the actual job after Thanksgiving. Our family had planned vacation that was planned to end a day before they were scheduled to start. Unfortunately, we had family emergency on vacation that forced us to delay arrival back home by a few days. We notified the crew and they told us that we should take care of the emergency and they will take care of the project. We just relied on their professionalism and they didn't dissappoint. When we came back home, the project was completed and we were blown away by the quality of work and how things looked on our backyard. We were super happy with their work and can recommend them as highly skilled professionals, doing great job for fair price.

"Thank you for the kind words [Member Name Removed]. We always put family first here at Dream Turf, whether its employees or customers. The situation with your daughter getting ill outside of the US is a horrible thing to deal with. We're glad she made a full recovery."

The install went great. They had it done in a day.  We had another project going on at the time and they worked around that contractor  without any problem.

They are very busy so we did have to deal woth a 6 week lead time for the install.

They did a great job.  They were able to move me up in the schedule.  They provided a fair price.  (lowest of the quotes I got)  The product was exactly what I expected.  The job was done quickly and cleaned up thoroughly.  I would recommend them and use them again.

It was a quick one-day job to install turf in an area bound by plantings. We opted for a natural curve to the outside brass border which looks great.

We considered artificial turf for some time.  Instead we spent a lot of money and labor trying to resurrect our backyard every spring.  If we did nothing it was a bog of mostly moss.  Since we finally had the experts install the Dream Turf, we have enjoyed our backyard every day.
Everyone who sees it remarks on the "real" texture and look.  I have a large flowering bank adjoining the turf and Rick suggested we utilize part of the yard for my many planter pots.  They leveled a drain field and put down gravel to set the pots on and it has been remarkable.  I SO enjoy gardening again.  Our two little dogs love the turf, too.  First thing, when they run outside is to lay in the sun and roll on the turf.  It is so nice that their "daily deposits" are easy to find and scoop up and the turf is not affected by the urine.  The antimicrobial turf is perfect for them and for us.  When we "water" the lawn we are only washing away
unwanted leftovers.  It is so easy to maintain.
We were told it would be into August before they had an opening to come do our yard, but our project wasn't that large and when we got a call that they could come install in June, we were delighted!  Then after returning from the hospital one evening I got a message that they would be at our place 9 a.m. the following morning.  I called and told them I likely wouldn't be at home because I had to be at the hospital, but we certainly didn't want to miss the earlier date opportunity.  I asked if I had to be there while the job was going on, and was told that they had detailed information and could go ahead if we wanted.  Thus when I got home from the hospital that evening, I couldn't see any signs that anyone had been there, so I decided they did not come.
However, when I walked through the house to the backyard slider, it took my breath away!  Everything was back in place and the yard looked like something out of Home & Garden magazine.  I just sat down and took it all in, absolutely amazed that they did come without me there and trusted us for the balance payment.  The only disappointment was that I didn't get to watch the process while they did it.  It seemed more like the garden fairies and angels got together and made it happen.
If you have considered using artificial turf, don't wait another minute to enjoy it.
Dream Turf was the best product and the Snohomish, Washington team is the best company to work with and I know you will not be disappointed in the results.
Thank you Dream Turf team... this is a good name for your company, because it was a DREAM come turf ... I mean TRUE!

Dream Turf was really professional and responsive from the beginning. We communicated with a couple companies. Only Dream Turf came when they said they would and didn't seem frazzled. They were really communicative by phone and email (returned messages quickly) and were flexible with our needs and timetable. They seemed to know what they were doing, and the result is fantastic.

I have a small yard and was unable to grow grass. I needed something other than the mud pit for my daughter to play on. After getting several quotes, we decided to go with dream turf. They did have a longer wait time (we ordered in the busy season) but they were able to install sooner than they had estimated. The install was quick and the workers left no mess, the yard was cleaner than when they left! The turf itself is fantastic. We have only been though one summer, but it was so nice to let my daughter go play outside with no shoes (no dirt!) We have had problems with drainage in the winter in the past but with the base layer they put in the water drains so easily now. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for artificial turf!

The service was great from the beginning by asking questions to them coming out and giving me a quote. I did not have to be home for them to do the installation but it was within the time frame and by the time I got off work everything was done and area was clean.

I looked into Dream Turf about five years ago and it was way outside my budget. I have a business boarding dogs (Seattle Pet Lodge) so this is a big deal. Though I only have 3 dogs at a time, their safety and comfort and cleanliness, are most important. I finally decided to do an area instead of the whole yard.
Rick came out (and remembered me and the property... big plus. ;-) and we went over where I wanted this big pee patch and what would be involved on my end for preparation to keep the cost down. There is a minimum fee for purchase and install of $1,000. The area to do had to be excavated (remove years of wood chips.. 3 cubic yards a year) for the drainage to work and the turf to be secured due to traffic. The materials they have now are superior to what they had 5 years ago.
Between the estimate and the installation, I expanded the size of the deck in that area, and that made for a change in the project. We had a few emails and phone calls and decided another visit was not necessary. This led to a misunderstanding but the workers and the management and I discussed and negotiated the day of install.
The one flaw in the process was the installation along the edges.
First: I have a concrete trench along the fence line to deter any digging under the fence. We had discussed this during the estimate. However, the 7 inch nails that are used, were not able to penetrate that barrier. I believe this should have been addressed and a solution worked out by them before install. It was not so, it is now a wait and see if what they did will actually stand up. There is a warranty so if it does not I am confident they will work it out. It and quot;looksand quot; like it will hold up.
Secondly: The area along the deck came up right away with just me checking the corner. There was even a torn area underneath that bothered me. (Yes, I am picky). This was totally unacceptable. At first they told me it wasn't possible to change! I said it had better be because I am not happy. After talking among their team, they decided to wrap the turf around a piece of treated lumber and secure it.
That correction was made a couple of weeks later and looks great. The dogs LOVE this turf, rolling on it playing on it and yes peeing on it too. There is a good layer of drainage rock underneath the turf so I simply spritz with Simple Green (when loose stool and if you own a dog you know what I am talking about) and rinse with a hose.
Overall I am very pleased. I am somewhat concerned about the edges for any of my dogs that might want to investigate the possibility of exploring just what treasure might be underneath... or God forbid... it is a perfect opportunity to bury their favorite toy or the occasional bison bone. So hopefully this is not going to be a problem and again, the warranty should cover that. I was surprised that they had not worked that issue out after years of working with this product and having seen the area to be covered.

There was a small communication issue where they called to let us know they were coming out to install on a day that we hadn't arranged. We called back and were able to work out a better date where I could be home for the installation. The actual installation was done in one day and the yard looks great. With three large dogs and a yard that doesn't get much sun the grass had turn into a mud pit. Through even the heaviest rain the turf drains immediately and our dogs love it. Almost a year later the lawn still looks new even with three hyper, large breed dogs.

We received multiple bids for the work, interviewing numerous companies. The bids were all in the same ballpark with some companies a little more expensive. There are various products to chose from as far as shading, height, in-fill, etc. We selected this company and scheduled our installation. They arrive on time and completed the project in the time alloted. They did a great job of installation, clean up, etc. We were VERY pleased with the end result and the process when off without a hitch. Now, we are considering installing Dream Turf in our back yard.
