Concrete Construction came through with the lowest bid (by $1,000 and $4,000 of other 2 bids!) and did quality work. His truck and Bobcat did leave some tracks in the remaining dirt and the gravel driveway, but that is not an issue since we'll be redoing it all eventually. I dealt with Vern personally--it's a one-man venture I think, for 35 years now--and he always called me back promptly and answered all my questions. I found him through Ballard Sand and Gravel; he wasn't listed on Angie's List...yet!
