CM FLOORING DESIGN

This company was absolutely awful. I was told that the job would take three weeks with about a week for sanding, and the other two weeks to apply the floor dye, stain, and clear finish. They would show up when they felt like it (maybe about half the time) with no explanation and a bad attitude when questioned. It ended up taking 8 weeks and the quality of the work was really bad. There were big swirl marks all over the floors from their buffing machine (which I was told by another contractor was probably due to using too coarse of a sand paper), the clear coat was foggy, the shoe molding wasn't sanded before it was stained and left without a clear coat (as were the register covers), and they didn't fill in the gaps between the planks (which I'd specifically asked about and was assured would be done.) Through all of this they were rude and non communicative. I found out that they have a suspended license and tons of complaints/judgments against them... NIGHTMARE.
