 + -1 moreThey are the worst company I have ever dealt with. They had our Toy Hauler for 6 months! They had to file for supplements with the insurance company several times. They did not communicate with us at all until they were done and wanted the trailer out of their lot ASAP! We called several times and they were rude and failed to give us any sort of reliable time frame for completion. My husband went to pick it up and noticed right away that they never even replaced the tire that caused all the damage and the trailer wasn't even ready to go (batteries not installed.) During daylight the following morning, he gave the trailer a thorough inspection and noticed substantial defects in the repair work including areas that were not sealed properly! After discussing this with the insurance company, we are taking it to another shop to have the work redone. The customer service was non-existant, the work was completely inadequate, and the entire experience was a nightmare! I cannot believe this place is even in business.
Description of Work: Was supposed to repair damage to the floor and body of our Toy Hauler that was the resualt of a tire blow-out and damage to the body from striking a fence post.

Description of Work: The water pump in my Pleasureway Van was not pumping, a critical failure in the cold weather when I was trying to pump RV antifreeze into the lines. Don said "bring it in and I'll look at it." Even though Don was up to his ears in winterizing units (a two week wait) - he took nearly a half hour of his valuable time and found a fully clogged filter, cleaned and reinsttalled it. All at no charge! Don has all of my future business plus any one else I can steer his way.
