They were excellent. They had an appointment available soon, they were punctual, they were thorough, they answered all of my questions, and they came back to fine tune things. I got their name through the fireplace supplier; they don?t work directly with the store but they are the preferred installer. I would definitely use them again.

THEY DID THE JOB EFFICIENTLY AND THE PRICE WAS WITHIN THE RANGE QUOTED. THEY TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN HOW TO USE OUR GAS LOGS AND ALL THE SAFETY FEATURES.
