They do a very good job. They tell you what they will be doing. They came as scheduled. They don't rush to finish the job so result is very excellent.

This was a big project with approximately 330 feet of new fencing needed. Cascade gave us the most excellent customer service! We had a combination old rotting cedar fence & chain link. We had ideas for a new, better fence. Dave worked with us every step of the way offering great recommendations to put our ideas into action. The tear down/demolition crew came in and hauled that rotting old fence away in a day & put up the new posts. Three days later the build team arrived and by the end of the week, we had a new beautiful cedar fence! Both teams were all about the work; precise and professional, kind and courteous.

We couldn't be happier with our Cascade experience and we love our new fence. It is a work of art!

The guys are great. They worked with our existing posts, fixed what was needed and used any available fencing from what was existing they could to save us money. Great local company.

Our primary issue was that there was numerous issues in scheduling. Our fence was completed approximately 3 weeks past the original estimate. Not a huge issue as the price was significantly lower than the other bids we received, but it was still a headache to try to coordinate. Overall, the quality of the fence is excellent, and we would use again.

The crew showed up on time, tore down the existing fence and worked all day prepping for the remainder of the job. We were told the job would take about 7 working days from start to finish to complete. The men would show up without interruption to my routine or family and just get to work. They didn't worry about letting me know when they showed up or left for the day, which at first I found a bit odd, but realized I appreciated greatly! They finished the job in their exact time frame and did a beautiful job on the fence surrounding our property! The men were all very friendly when approached with questions. We had one minor issue with the big double swinging gate they installed on the side of the house. My husband called and explained the issue and they came out the next day and fixed it! Very, very satisfied with the quality of service and expedience of their repairs! Would highly recommend them to others in the future and would use again if ever needed!!

• • One of the worst experiences I've ever had. Here's a list of some of the things that went wrong:

• On the first day they were supposed to show up to start installing the posts they showed up around 10:30 - no call letting us know they would be late. There were days were they just wouldn't show up at all, or they would only be there for about 2 hours.
  • when we asked for a sample they showed us the product we wanted installed but when they showed up to start installing it, it was a different product.

We intalled several gates and asked that one particular section be lined up - it was almost 6 feet off. The worker gave us a hard time and told us they could fix it but it would really put the whole project behind schedule, basically bullying us into leaving as is. They told us it was because our property wasn't square, but we know for a fact that it is square based on our survey and our own measurements.
When they started actually installing the fencing material, it was installed wrong
The owner finally showed up to discuss all the issues (wearing a torn muscle shirt and baseball cap flaunting his religion), told us he wouldn't have sold us this product and said our property wasn't flat enough. Completely defended his employees when their errors were obvious.
The only good part of working with them was that they eventually refunded our full deposit and removed all the materials they had installed and we were able to start from scratch with another company that did a FANTASTIC job!

The entire process was smooth. We called to schedule an appointment for an estimate. Dave came out to take the measurement and gave us a quote on the spot. The installation scheduling process was also very smooth. 2 crew members came out to install the posts and then slightly more than a week later, some other crew members came to finish the fence. We did need to call to find out when they're coming back to finish the job. And on the day of the supposed installation, Dave called early in the morning saying that they had to postpone the installation by one day but he would provide enough resource to finish the fence in one day instead of performing the installation on the original scheduled date but might take 2 days to finish. We liked the fence and the workmanship. The overall experience was great and professional.

This was the easiest contractor I have worked with. We will happily use them again and recommend them to our friend.

The two man crew arrived on time and did an excellent job. The senior man was very knowledgeable. Job site was picked up after completion.

Hired these folks to do my side of the fence as its due for replacement.
Hired them based on Angies list reviews and also my neighbors recommendations.
Summary: These folks are the best. Not only their bid is the most reasonable I got from 4 other contractors but
they also did a fantastic job.
I inspected my side of the fence over the weekend and I am happy to report I am 100% happy with the job.
The fence was very well constructed, they are all straight, the quality of the cedar they used is top notch, workmanship is great, my walk through gate is very well built, they did everything we asked them to – all in all I am 1,000 pleased.
Considering they bid the lowest – quality of the job you cannot beat.
I will call them today to let them know they did an awesome job.
I will also post positive reviews for them in Angies List and Google and Yelp reviews. They deserve the business.

The fence looks great and is of great quality. The job took a few days longer than expected because the crew foreman had an illness. The fence was expensive but comparable to what we experienced on the east coast.

Cascade fence has done three separate projects for us, 2 installations of chain link fencing (both fences are on severe slopes) and one installation of an animal pen. They did a great job each time (which is why we brought them back for the other jobs). The fence poles are lined up really straight and look and feel very solid.

I was very impressed with the employee's sent out to do the repairs. They worked hard and did an exceptional Job. When it comes time to replace my fencing I will use this Company for sure!

Cascade came out and gave us a competitive bid. They laid out the fence as desired and re-did a portion of the fence from a slant to step formation per our request. They finished on time and on budget and we are using them again this summer.

After a recent estimate from another company, we scheduled an estimate
with Cascade. They arrived precisely at the time we requested and my
first impression was of a professional that knew all about fencing and
in our case, replacement of our aging 10' gate. He provided us with a
price $500 less than our previous company and offered some ideas for the
trash can shelter.
We accepted his proposal and expecting a long
wait for the installation, they were on the job the following Monday;
two days after accepting his price. When I arrived home expecting the
typical gate install (knot holed wood, cheap hardware and attitude) I
was more than pleased. All of the gate wood was top of the line to
include the hardware that was designed and built to last.
The smallest detail of this installation in my opinion, was built by finish carpenters, not the fence installer I was used to.
The trash shelter actually adds some beauty to the home since it's capped at each 4 x 4.
The gate is one of the best I have ever experienced at more than an affordable price; great investment.
Even the and quot;mistakeand quot; I made trying to out guess my wife on the size of the
trash can shelter, was well received by Cascade. They plan to make the
necessary changes to rectify and quot;my mistakeand quot; this week.
The crew was very professional and had customer satisfaction as a top priority.
We have a couple other projects this year and my first call will be Cascade and, no others.

Jeremy came out to measure the fence and we received the quote the same day. The bid was lower than the other company and with all the good reviews from Angie's list, we decided to hire Cascade Fence for the project.
The day for tearing the old fence and putting in the new posts, we went to take a look. Luckily, we went at the time the crew was putting in the posts for one of the walk gates. it's supposed to be a 5 feet wide gate but it was misread as 2.5 feet (because it's written on their paper as 2 5' gates). Luckily we caught that. The workmanship of the posts were excellent.
The crew was supposed to be back to finish the job the day after memorial day. We went to check again but no one was there at the site. I called to Cascade to find out that they're running behind and it would be one day late. The crew did finish the project the day after the original schedule. It would be good if they could let us know ahead of time or on the original scheduled date so that we could let our tenant know. This is why I gave them a and quot;Band quot; on punctuality.
We didn't know they're using wet boards and we were concerned that there's no space in between the boards. But, this was fine after Jeremy explained to us on the phone.
We were a little bit disappointed on the workmanship of the walk gates and some of the boards. The 2x4 on the gates were damaged/chipped. Some of the boards were warping out at the bottom, a few of them were chipped, one or two were split. We called and emailed and they came out to fix all of these issues. This is the reason we gave a and quot;Band quot; on quality.
Overall, our experience was good with them and they're very responsive. And I would hire them again for similar projects.

This is not the first time I used this company. They are fast, clean, and reliable. They do fantasic work. I got 3 other estimates from the competition (you probably know who they are) and they acted like they were doing me some kind of favor, and in one case, they're estimate was $500.00 more. Use Cascade.

We was very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism. We hadn't realized that wooden fences are custom-built on site. They removed our old fences on a Wednesday and set the new posts in concrete. Giving the concrete adequate time to set, they returned on Monday and started framing and building the fence. They came on Monday, Tuesday and then finished on Thursday. The final product looks great!

They arrived each day when expected, in spite of being a several hour drive from their offices. We like to be home when work is being done, so we modify our schedule accordingly. So the only suggestion that I would have for them is that if they aren't going to show up one day for whatever reason, they call and say so. On one of the days we were expecting them, midway during the process, we called the office several hours after they were due. That was when we found out that the crew chief was sick and so they weren't coming out that day. A phone call would not have been that hard for them to make.
