The dispenser we lease was promised by the salesman to give us hot, cold and tepid filtered water for 20 employees. But the 1st one didn't give us hot water. Also it was very scratched up and dented. So we complained and asked for a replacement.
Then they replaced it with a 2nd dispenser which didn't give us cold water! And it took 3 weeks bring the replacement.
When we complained again they sent a technician who said the dispenser was performing just fine and left a long note attached to the machine about how the dispenser works. The note basically blamed us for being too picky! Also the note was left in an area where our clients frequent, giving a poor and mcessy appearance to the area.
We are now seeking a different supplier who can act professionally and supply products which work as claimed.

Our new house on Whidbey Island has very hard water & all of our dishes, glassware, faucets, shower stalls, etc are spotty and horrible, despite the water softening system in the house. Jim, the "Problem Water Specialist" came out to do a water analysis & determined that the water was significantly harder than we had anticipated. He changed the unit's schedule from once a wk to 3 times a wk, which should take care of our problem. We were so pleased that he took the time to answer all of our questions, educating us about water softening systems in general as well as providing us with detailed info on our water & our system. Our Culligan softening system is about 20 years old but is still working so we plan to use it until it no longer works, or gives us problems, then we will upgrade to a newer Culligan system. In the meantime, we'll definitely use this company for equipment maintenance and are considering signing up for their delivery service, which would be well worth it, considering the time & inconvenience it takes to regularly buy & transport several 40# bags of salt & load them into the softening system. Several weeks ago, we'd contacted a different water systems company out of Oak Harbor, asking for help & they were not only UNhelpful but we never heard back from them. We're glad we found the Culligan office in Bellingham (also Snohomish) as Jim was wonderful and he fit us into his schedule the day after we called. We'll definitely use this company when we get our new system installed.

They were great. They did what we needed them to do. They came out fairly quickly and the gentleman gave us all the information. He was really good about showing us how it worked and what we needed to do. Instead of trying to sell us a service package, he showed us what we needed to do which was what we really wanted.

I use them regularly and they are pretty good. They are fine. I really haven't had any problems with them. I will continue to use them in the future.

IN A RECENT REMODEL WE DECIDED TO MOVE OUR WATER TREATMENT EQUIPMENT TO OUR GARAGE. WE HAD A BIT OF TROUBLE GETTING THE WORK SCHEDULED, BUT ONCE THE SERVICE PERSON ARRIVED, THE JOB WAS DONE QUICKLY AND EFFICIENTLY. IN THE PROCESS WE DISCOVERED THAT OUR WELL'S PRESSURE TANK HAD FAILED, AND CULLIGAN WAS ABLE TO LOCATE AND HAVE A NEW ONE DELIVERED IN ABOUT AN HOUR. ALSO, THEY ALLOWED US TO ASSIST THEM WITH THE WORK, THEREBY SAVING US QUITE A LOT OF MONEY ON LABOR.
