CARL'S CONSTRUCTION

They were not good. He came and did the work that was satisfactory. I towel rack came down in the bathroom. I called him to come back and fix the towel rack; I never heard from him again. He never called back, and I would not use him again future.

Carl began the project with a site walk, a rough sketch of the design, and a quote for the labor. He also provided us with a suggestion for the best type of wood to fit our budget and an estimate for costs from a local lumberyard. Once we selected Carl as our contractor, I purchased the materials and arranged for delivery. Carl did not charge any percentage on the materials. The replacement of the old deck beams and decking material progressed quickly. My wife and I had some trouble deciding on the type of railing to use. Carl suggested we look at some catalogs at Chinook Lumber. We took his suggestion and found just the type of balusters we wanted. He then made adjustment to the materials list and picked up additional materials for us. Carl even took back some lumber that he felt was inferior and exchanged it for us. The project completed on time and within our budget. We really appreciated Carl's good attitude. He always showed great concern for our desires.

Great. When Carl initially came out to look at the job the weather was awful, he climbed up on the roof in the rain and sealed everything up so there would be no further damage. He was knowledgeable, respectful...did not talk down to me and did what he said when he said he would do it. And the total came in less than the estimate!! I have found my handyman...I will look no further.

VERY GOOD OVERALL. QUALITY OF WORK IS SUPERB. CARL AND HIS WORKERS DO SMOKE BUT WILL KEEP IT AWAY FROM THE HOUSE. VERY NICE MEN AND ALWAYS WELL MANNERED. EVEN ALLOWED THE KIDS TO HELP WHEN POSSIBLE.
