Painless. Almost half the price as one of the top roofers for this repair. Both quotes were almost identical for full roof replacement, however. The owner was very easy to talk to.

Great. I left the possibility of the roof being irreparable on the table, and was given an honest answer that it's not great but I can get quite a few more years of use. Instead, these guys patched the roof for a very reasonable price and it's been great since.

They did a great job with a hardworking crew.  Work and clean up was done with excellence.  We were getting our house ready to sell.  Having a new roof was part of the reason we received an offer over our asking price!  It is a small company (which we liked) so you will need to leave a message and wait for a return call.

Howie and his workers showed up when promised, were professional, cordial and got the job done exactly as promised. They completely tore off the old roofing, replaced some areas where the wood had rotted, and installed new roofing. We were extremely happy with the finished product and that they all showed up and worked until the job was finished, which took about 3 days. The price was lower than the other 3 larger companies that bid our job. They don't do a lot of advertising as they are mainly referred by satisfied customers. We would recommend them to do a professional job.

Howie was excellent. He came recommended by a friend who had two roofs done by him. He did the roof work and also coordinated with an EPDM installer (for a flat section) and our gutters guy to make sure it all came together quickly. The roof looks great, and for a great price.

The only thing to note is that Howie runs a small business and runs his crew himself, so there isn't any receptionist available to always answer your call, as opposed to the larger operations (which also boast larger overhead costs). Just something to be aware of to set correct expectations, however he'll always return messages once he's available and we didn't have any issues working with him.

I was in a hurry to have the job done as the roof was called out on inspection. It was imperative for the negotiations to have a solid price right away. He gave an estimate and it was exact. No changes and it comes with a guarantee.
