Took 2 calls to get them, said they didn't receive the 1st message. Gary came for walk around and gave us an estimate. The day before the work was to start my husband and myself both got on the phone with Gary and clarified some things that we wanted done, ex. under trees and pruning. Gary agreed, clarified the "whole yard?" and we said yes. Work day came and it was as though the phone conversation never took place. Under trees weren't touched and no pruning at all. Plants weren't even cut back. Daffodils were broken off or laying down, ruined. The flower beds were cleaned up. Gary told us before hand to call if there was any problems, said "can't fix it if I don't know there's a problem." When we informed him of our concerns he basically said he under bid the job. Said an "unruly" yard is hard to estimate. He should have told us this early on. He should have been good for his word. PS: We let him dump the yard waste in our compost so he didn't even have to haul it out.

Went very well. Gary, the owner, gave an estimate which was what I paid. He sent two workers to do the job on the day and time he had promised. It was pouring down raining that day but the guys finished the job as planned. They checked with me during the job to make certain it was what I wanted. Gary is very good at calling and showing up as promised. I have hired him to do a second project as well.

I called and left a message and Gary, the owner, left a message in return. We finally spoke and 2 hours later he came to the house to look at the job and 2 hours after that I had an email with the estimate! He wanted to start the work that same week, but I requested the following Monday and Sunday night we had an email saying the work would start at 7:30 in the morning. The guys arrived promptly, were efficient, friendly, and neat. I would definitely call Gary's company again and know I will receive the same prompt reply and service.

They were very responsive by phone and email. The work that was done exceeded my expectations and they were very easy to work with.

AT ABOUT $80 A MONTH I FEEL THE SERVICE COULD BE MORE THOROUGH, WITH A LITTLE MORE ATTENTION TO DETAIL. THE WORK IS PERFORMED WITH CONSISTENCY AND SPEED AND WE HAVE RECEIVED FAIR AND COURTEOUS TREATMENT.
