Frank with Austin Electric wired our new septic system pump and float. He came exactly when he said he would. He was very willing to explain what he was doing. Worked efficiently and did a great job. I highly recommend his company for any electrical work. I will be using Austin Electric for any more electrical work needed in the future.

This is a sole proprietor who provides outstanding service I called Frank and asked for an estimate. Three hours later he arrived and gave me an estimate. I agree to the price. I had specific ceiling lighting that I wanted and he advised me on which ones I should purchase. When the lights arrived I called Frank and he arrived the next day install the lights and relocated the fixtures. Once the ceiling and walls were painted Frank returned the next day and installed the Ceiling trim electrical outlets. I highly recommend Austin Electric

Quick response. High quality work. Reasonable price. There's not much more a customer could want. In less than a day, Frank updated a garage that had been running a door opener, motion sensor light, a refrigerator and the electronics of a tankless water heater on extension cords and one power strip to one that provides dedicated circuits, up-to-code installation and a LOT of outlets. Austin Electric goes to the top of our list for the next time we need an electrician's expertise. We highly recommend him.

Frank Austin arrived exactly on time. I had taken a photo of the fan timer switch and texted that to him in advance of the appointment, so he brought the new timer switch with him and it was an exact match! After confirming that it was indeed broken, he replaced it with the new timer switch and then tested it upstairs in the hall bathroom, where the whole house fan is. It now worked perfectly. Then he did something to reconfigure the wires in the hall light switch so I can turn on the light from light switches on either side of the hallway.

He was pleasant, knowledgeable and speedy. I would definitely call him again for other electrical needs!

Frank is an expert at what he does, that was very obvious to me. He did a great job working quickly and efficiently. He even performed appliance installation and removal for me even though that wasn't his usual line of work. He did everything by the book, getting the necessary permit and installing everything according to code. The service was above and beyond. I was looking for a contractor to replace my pannel. After looking all over and not knowing who to use I turned to my co-workers. The process was as smooth as one could ask for. I was so worried about the details of the project that it was stressing me out. When Frank arrived at my house nothing to him was a big deal or a task. On the day of the project he showed up on time, and started in. I left for work and wished him good luck! When I came home from work the inspector was at my house looking at his work.
