They charged extra (150) for a "rush" job and then an additional 150 when the tenant had not completely moved out.
When the abatement company came they found additional asbestos that the testing did not find even though Asbesto-test did an excessive number of samples (19).
When the contractor and I crossed signals and the first invoice did not get paid - purely unintended - we both got very angry and threatening emails and call with a threat of a 35% fee, if the invoice was not paid in 10 days. Very unpleasant to deal with. Scheduled electronic payment as soon as i discovered the error and informed Asbesto-test and go a very snotty and threatening email for my troubles. Will never do business with them again. Will advise others the same.
