Garage Service
He originally came out and did some work on the shed but it was not completed. The reason he is having to make the repairs is because it was not built correctly. He stapled the shingles to the roof and over the years it has started to leak and caused some boards to rot. Instead of replacing the shingles, he put "tar" on each staple thinking it might keep the water from coming through. Originally, he put on a different material but that was washed away by the rain. The repair might be effective, but looks horrible. He has called several times to say he was coming back out, but he never showed up. This has happened five times in the last month and a half. I would not give a good recommendation on him after this because the attitude he has had in his response.
