I was very impressed with the installer persistence in getting the job done right. You don't want to mess around with gas lines, for sure! He ended up having to make a trip to Home Depot for more parts and ultimately ended up spending about 5 hours on installing our gas line in order to make it safe. I was confident he did the job right and felt badly that it turned out to be so difficult! We've had the gas range for 9 months and have had no trouble at all with the gas line!
