We honestly picked this company because they were the cheapest and we are required to submit backflow reports to our local government. However, we were very pleased with the service. We didn't have to be home for them to perform the needed work, but we have always been home when David came by. He answered many extra questions about our system and potential improvements. He provided good references for other contractors, and once he had a landscaper with him in the truck who answered even more questions. We felt they were honest and reliable. We have always gotten our required reports very quickly. We are very pleased.
