They took our money on 4/2/2021 and never began any work. It’s now Sept 2021. All they gave us was excuses and stalling. We are not the only customers they did this to. We have hired an attorney. Please do not hire Gary Cooper or Zach Bonn or 2GDESIGN llc!

Run as fast as you can away from these people. This was the absolute worst experience we have ever had!! After saving for 10 years to do this addition we were swindled by 2G's. They took our money and left us with an unfinished project and our subs without pay. We have given them 200k for a birdhouse on top of our garage. Untrustworthy, unresponsive, complete lack of professionalism and all around bad people. I have never written a review like this but feel compelled to because of the nightmare we have lived through. What was supposed to be a four month project is now in it's 13 month. Gary and Zach have both disappeared on us. Took our money and literally disappeared. We had to hire new contractors to finish the job (which are wonderful!) and are currently working with our lawyers to prosecute 2G as well as working with the state of Washington to make sure these crooks are never allowed to do this again.

not good still waiting to get paid. found out that not one sub got paid. and they kept taking money from homeowners,and not completing anything and have done this to more than one homeowner. Wont return calls very unreliable

It was okay. It wasn't excellent. There were communication and scheduling issues, but the end result was excellent. I was happy with it.

All of his work has been of exceptional quality. The patio roof was a long process with a lot of back and forth with the county permit process but was finally approved after almost a year. I’m sure a lesser company would have had a lot of problems and may have given up.

Excellent! They did a very good job. They were on time and very professional. All the work was done to meet and exceed my expectation.

Gary is a consummate professional and a stickler for details. Just what you want! He was always polite, punctual and in contact on schedules, next steps, etc. If for some reason they were running late, I got a call. I've worked with a lot of contractors that don't seem to know what a phone is, much less how it works. He was able to offer numerous options for how something might be done so that it was what *we* wanted. Gary is pretty much my go-to guy any time I get in over my head or I know it's well outside my wheelhouse.
