This company knows NOTHING about Glendons. They will tell you they work with Glendons all the time, but everything they ever told me was wrong. It wasn't until I went with All County Septic that I finally started seeing improvements in my Glendons. The final episode with Northwest Septic was when they started installing an aeration system into my septic (completely unnecessarily by the way), but then left the trench and everything unfinished. They never came back to finish the job, even after I called them many, many times. I didn't hear from them for months, then out of the blue they billed me almost $1,000 for the job they started but didn't finish, and was completely unnecessary.

Once we got the deficiency notice, the contractor spelled out what we HAD to have completed. A veritable laundry list, one of which was that we needed a new septic pump. Never mind that the unit installed was about 2 years old. Also complained about groundwater leaking into our tanks. After 2 different times where they did not show up when agreed, had a NEW pump installed by them, without me being there. They agreed, in advance, to leave the old pump there so I could keep it (and verify that they had actually done the work). No pump to be seen when I got home, just a bill. Called them immediately. Call went to voicemail.Left a message. Called again, talked to the receptionist the next day. Agreed that Rich would call me back. Didn't. Called Rich, left a message. No return. This cat and mouse bs went on for weeks. Ultimately they agreed to credit my account to compensate for my 350$ pump . Severed my account with them. Had a new O&M contractor on site. Investigated all of NW's "concerns". Wasn't able to replicate any of NW's original issues. Imagine that. Bottom line is you cannot trust them.

in a word, poorly. i'm required to have a septic monitoring and maintenance contract by Kitsap County. i paid Northwest Septic for an annual contract in May 2011. they billed me for the next annual contract in Feb 2012 and i replied (to their email with the invoice) that i would not be needing their services. they vindictively cancelled the contract that was in force (without notifying me) and notified the county health department who now requires that i must now get a new contract two months prior to when it would have been normally required. i contacted Northwest Septic and they refused to honor the contract or provide a refund for the two months of service NOT provided. i carefully explained that they were misinterpreting my response, but they would not comply. no resolution as of 3/27/2012.
