WE HAD TO MEASURE EACH WINDOW EXACTLY AND KNOW WHICH SIDE WE WANTED THE PULL AND THEN THEY HELPED WITH THE ORDERING, SIZES, PULL SIDE, PRODUCT NUMBER AND WE GOT A DISCOUNT ON TOP BECAUSE WE ORDERED SO MUCH.
