Home Depot

It was great. They let us know when they were going to have their sales, because it was a difference of paying $3500 for a refrigerator, and I only paid $2300 for mine. It was a tremendous deal. There were two people that helped with the service. The sale did not take very long and I had a Home Depot credit card. They were very helpful. There is a person in that section all of the time and so that's mainly what they deal with. They were informative and professional. It's a nice double door. You push a little button that separates so you can get your milk without opening the whole door. We go there frequently.

They agreed it would be done within a day and a half, but the subcontractors took a week. They were supposed to have team rip everything off and then another team to replace it. The subcontractors ended up ripping off my roof, working until dark so they couldn't see, and one night they just covered the exposed roof with tarp but this created two more leaks as they didn't pack it down properly. I had to have the spackling replace. They offered to do it, but I refused to have them in my home. Home Depot did a great job of contacting the subcontractor to fix everything, but it was just one big mess.

My advice, please make sure to investigate any subcontractors these large companies hire for your projects.

After an exhaustive search, I selected Home Depot to install my new roof. They were thorough, explained all the details and answered my endless questions. During their visit I realized I would rather pay a little more for the peace of mind that they would stand behind the product and the workmanship for the life of the roof. When it comes to remodeling the other rooms in the house I would use Home Depot again in the future.

It has been over two months and I still don't have a dryer. It goes..send a part, wait for 10 days for a technician to install it,
whoops back part, send another part, wait another ten days.....Im on the 6th part and 3rd technician. Never going to
buy any appliances from Home Depot that they don't support immediately.

Home Depot had subcontractors come and put our roof on. It started leaking and it was leaking down onto our furnace. We had been told that Home Depot would have someone out here to kind of oversee the work and that never happened. So, we called them back out here. It took unbelievable amounts of calls to get them to come back out and fix it. It was unreal. The first time they came back there, the worker goes on that roof and puts this black tar stuff up there. It looked horrible. We called them back and he tells them they need to redo it and that was not the way it needed to be done and that it looked terrible. It's just an easy fix and it looks bad. So, the worker came back and my husband saw him going up to the roof with gasoline and the area was right over a gas furnace. It took a month or more to get it adequately fixed. I would go in and talk to people in the store. The only way we got them to fix it was to report them to the better business bureau. The people in the store were not helping us. No one was answering our calls. It was shoddy workmanship and horrible customer service. Even when it was fixed, the supervisor came out and he was pompous. We've had several projects done and we've spent a lot of money in the store. When we go there, everybody knows us. So, it's not like we were a nobody to them.

We wanted our bathroom remodeled so we decided to use Home depot again
since our last experience with our kitchen remodel was very good.
However they and quot;Home Depotand quot; were terrible with the following issues :-
1. Our initial order of supplies was mixed up to include too much floor tile
and not enough wall tile - they switched the amount of those the
start of the remodel was delayed. We had to load and take the items back
to the stores for them to do the switch. They also did not include our
bull nose tile which was on the list and again he had to make the trip
to the store to collect them.
2. We bought and paid for the whole project from supplies to the contractor in one payment using our
Home Depot credit card and about 2 weeks later the contractor discovered
that Home Depot did not charge interest of the contract so this became
another mess but luckily the contracting company did all the phone
calling back and forth until they got that resolved - Home depot decided
they were to blame and paid the missing interest themselves.

When the contractor was ready to install the shower door, it was
discovered that it had not been delivered. The paperwork from the
delivery was marked as delivered. Once again a trip back to home depot
to complain about the shower door and to try to pick it up so that the
job was not delayed any longer. When talking with customer service
supervisor, we were met with attitude and told that it was delivered if
it said so on the paperwork and there was nothing they could do about
that. We took the said supervisor back to the shower door area to show
them what it looked like and low and behold there was our door marked
with the delivery paperwork.
No apologies were given.

After the work was completed we had some unopened tile to return so off
we went to Home depot to make this happen was was met with the same
supervisor from customer service who had my husband hawl these boxes
from one end of the store to the other because she did not know where
these items should be returned.

My roof is extremely complicated and it's got a lot of dormers on it. I don't know how they could do it so much cheaper than everybody else. They did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I didn't have any problems, they were great.

I really love them. They always have what you want and they are always so friendly.

HOME DEPOT CAME AT THE TIMES WE WERE PROMISED. THEY DELIVERED AND INSTALLED MY RUGS WITH OUT ANY PROBLEMS. THE WORKERS WERE ALL VERY PROFESSIONAL AND IT WAS GREAT THAT THEY HAULED THE OLD STUFF AWAY.

OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE WAS WONDERFUL. THE STAFF AT THE HOME DEPOT WERE VERY NICE AND EXTREMELY HELPFUL TO US. THEY HELPED ME TO MAKE THE RIGHT PAINT CHOICES FOR MY HOME.

THE PEOPLE THAT CAME OUT DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE WELL INFORMED ON WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND ANSWERED ANY QUESTIONS THAT WE HAD ABOUT THE JOB. THE FINISHED PRODUCT LOOKED GREAT.

THE PRODUCT WAS OVERALL EXCELLENT. IT DIDN'T TAKE MUCH TO INSTALL IT AND THE END RESULT WAS BEAUTIFUL. WE LOVE THE STAFF'S EXPERTISE and THEIR KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT.

THE STAFF AT HOME DEPOT WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ON THIS PRODUCT. THEIR EXPERTISE ON IT MADE OUR OVERALL EXPERIENCE A LOT EASIER TO REMOVE WALLPAPER. I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS TO ANY ONE.

WE WERE IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE FLOORING AND HOW EASY IT WAS TO INSTALL IT OURSELVES. I WOULD RECOMMEND THE HOME DEPOT TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO INSTALL LAMINATE.

THE STAFF WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, WE HAD TIMELY DELIVERY, EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK AND WILL DEFINITELY ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN. OUR BLINDS WERE, OF COURSE, CUSTOM ORDERED AND WELL PRICED. WE WERE GIVEN EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

WE RECEIVED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE, KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF, AND TIMELY DELIVERY. MIKE WHO TOOK OUR ORDER WAS VERY EXPERIENCED IN HIS JOB AND MADE US COMFORTABLE IN KNOWING WE ORDERED THE RIGHT PRODUCT.

I WAS ABLE TO MAKE ARRANGEMENTS FOR RENTAL OF THE LAWN EDGER IN THE MORNING AND USE OF IT THAT AFTERNOON. THE EQUIPMENT WAS CLEAN AND IN GOOD WORKING ORDER.

I WOULD DEFINATELY USE THIS COMPANY IN THE FUTURE FOR ADDITIONAL HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS. THEY WERE NEAT AND ON TIME AND DID A GREAT JOB. MY NEW FLOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL.

WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY OF THE MATERIALS AND THE PROFESSIONALISM OF THE EMPLOYEES OF THIS COMPANY. THEY COMPLETED THE JOB QUICKER THAN THEY ESTIMATED AND WE WERE PLEASED.

THE STAFF AT THIS COMPANY ARE VERY INFORMED AND KNOWLEDGEABLE EMPLOYEES. THEY HELPED WITH MY PROJECT OFFERING NUMEROUS SUGGESTIONS AND TIPS TO MAKE IT EASIER FOR ME.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THE INSTALLATION OF OUR BLINDS BY THIS COMPANY. THE REPRESENTATIVES WERE EASY TO WORK WITH AND THE STAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN IN THE FUTURE.

HOME DEPOT SCHEDULED SOMEONE TO COME TO OUR HOUSE TO MEASURE FLOOR. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND THERE WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE. THEN HOME DEPOT SENT IN ORDER AND CAME TO INSTALL. THEY DID GREAT JOB.

THE WORKERS FOR THE COMPANY STARTED LATE AND TOOK TWO DAYS LONGER TO COMPLETE THE JOB THAN QUOTED. THE TILE WAS LEFT DIRTY AND GROUT LINES WERE CRACKED.
