"This tenant left the home in deplorable condition, we took hundreds of pictures of the filth and damage not to mention the trash and fridge/freezer full of rotten food left behind. We charged for extensive house cleaning, carpet cleaning, damages, water/sewer & yard. I would be happy to share the move out condition pictures we sent with the the receipts to the tenants. Tenants are given a check list of move out duties that are expected, they didn't complete any of them. They left the home in such a condition that it took the cleaning service several days to clean the home. The oven & stove top was so stained and damaged from the lack of cleaning and the excessive use of grease left to bake onto the top burners that now the white is now stained yellow... again, we can provide move out condition pictures of how these tenants left the home."
