+ -1 more1. Mr. Campbell scooted 350 pound old Sony Trinitron [2004] across floor. 2. Unwrapped new Smart TV, 42", and installed it, along with other components. 3. He turned on TV only to find that it was damaged. [My second damaged TV during the month of June.] 4. When he witnessed my distress, he phoned his director and announced he was returning damaged TV to Best Buy [Silverdale] 5. About an hour or so he returned with a new TV, installed and fine tuned it, and demonstrated how to work it. Mr. Campbell went far out of his way to help me. I am grateful to him and to the whole Best Buy Geek Squad.

+ -1 moreBest Buy I feel, gave us lousy service and were very deceptive. I ordered the computer on a Thursday and was told we would have it by Friday. It never came in until Saturday. I feel we were told one thing and then when we came across problems, they made it look like it was our fault. Simply, their communication stunk. I called the manager and told him that school was going to start soon, and I would tell everyone not to go to Best buy. I will not use this company in the future.
Description of Work: My last visit to Best Buy was for a computer with printer package. They were supposed to transfer all my data from my old computer to the new. When I got it back, it did not have the games my wife downloaded. So I went back a couple of times to get work done on it and it was useless. My wife couldn't get any our icons back on the screen. We called their geek squad, only to notify us that there was nothing they could do.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE GOOD GUYS AND DID FAST WORK BUT THEY WERE VERY EXPENSIVE. THEY DID HAVE THE WORK DONE FASTER THEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD. BUT IT SEEMED AN INSTALLATION SHOULD BE A LOT LESS.
