"[member name removed], I apologize for the crown issue, the finish was flawed, but we were happy to make it right. However, the problem of the unassembled pantry was always part of the plan. Your contractor was informed that pull out pantry hardware would have to be installed in the field, before the set was ordered. It was the only way we could provide the pull out pantry you requested. You had a custom ceiling height that required us to modify the heights of your tall cabinets, as such, it would not allow us to order an assembled unit. Creekside Cabinet usually does not rely on room dimensions that are provided to them, as happened in your case, but we prefer to make our own measurements (at no charge ever), all cabinet dimensions, heights etc were provided by your contractor, any dimensional errors we had no opportunity to verify but had to rely on those dimensions he provided. I am glad that you are happy with the quality of the cabinets, I have the same brand in my own kitchen and they still look as good as the day I put them in. I apologize again about the bad finish on the 3 pieces of crown but am happy we were able to replace them with properly finished pieces.
