We will always give you a free, written quote that includes all labor, materials and disposal. All he did was turn on the valve and pretend to service the sprinklers. He said bed sprinklers didn't work but lawn sprinklers did--but then he advised me NOT to report that the bed sprinklers didn't work on the Seller Disclosure Form. He charged $250 with no explanation of hours or materials used. Two weeks later a neighbor called to say the sprinklers were watering the concrete. I called him back but he delayed in going back out so I hired a different company. Turns out the bed sprinklers worked fine but there was a break in the line in the lawn. Since almost 3 weeks passed between the time he "serviced" the sprinklers and the new company found/repaired the break in the line, our water bill was $350. Thankfully, the water company provided some relief because of the circumstances. But it gets even better. When I told him I hired another company because he delayed too long in going back out, he threatened to "turn me in" for not disclosing on the Seller Disclosure Form that the bed sprinklers didn't work! What he didn't realize was that I had not followed his advice because I knew it was dishonest. So when he threatened to report me, he had nothing to report! In short, do not use under any circumstances. He is unethical, dishonest, and unprofessional. The only reason I waited this long to review is because I had to wait until the house sold and closed because I honestly feared a "bad" review would result in damage to my property.

When I first scheduled the appointment he was very pleasant. We made an appointment for 05/04/15 and he did not show up. I tried to contact them the night before and they did not answer, and I have tried to contact them multiple times and left messages since with no response.

It was excellent. The service was wonderful. He and his crew did a great job. They came out several times and did a variety of jobs over the last two weeks. Everything looks fantastic. He was very fair and honest and I will certainly use his services in the future.

Gary mowed the yard, and cleaned the gutters. The grass wasn't cut, it was bent and the edges weren't trimmed. He didn't do a professional job and just wants $944.82. I had called to get him to come fix the lawn along with the corners, but he said he would only come out one time. With the weather being bad I would need him to come out a few times to make sure it gets fixed. He will not comply and now I'm at the point where I just might finish it myself. I do not feel that the amount I paid is reasonable for the amount of work that was done.

Gary and his team committed to a date and time to begin the project and they met the commitment. I was informed on a daily basis how the work was progressing and when the project would be completed. The project was completed as stated and the yard was left in better condition than when they arrived. The team was very professional and personable .I will definitely use them again.

I found Classic Grounds Care, LLC in our newspaper. I called the number and immediately Gary White the owner took my call. I needed someone soon as our property was a complete mess due to all the wind storms we have had. I also needed pruning & I wanted our lawn serviced for the winter. Gary said he would come out the next day to look over our property and give me an estimate. Gary was out the next date, right on time I am anal about being on time as I also run a business. Gary was so nice and friendly and very approachable. We did a walk around the property and I told him exactly what I wanted .the flower beds needed weeding and the lawn looked "tired" yes it is winter but it needed work. I suggested mowing, edging, trimming, doing weed control on the lawn & flower beds. Gary said he would do a complete lawn & bed care plus pre-emergent, prune plus do the ornamentals. Do shearing and remove all the leaves. Gary thatched, did aeration fertilized, over seeded put moss control on the lawn and put compost down. The roof of our house was covered with branches & limbs and also the gutters were full. Needless to say Gary and his crew did an amazing job, when they were finished EVERYTHING looked beautiful. Gary asked me if I would be interested in having our house and fence cleaned since they are both vinyl. My husband & I usually try to do that every year but it is very hard work and it takes forever and we are just too old & busy. Gary said he would use a special chemical on the house and then apply a wax finish so the house and fence would not need to be cleaned every year. I was so in favor of that, I told Gary to do it. The results were amazing and the vinyl looked brand new again. I have loved everything Classic Grounds Care, LLC has done, I have FINALLY found someone who can do the job right, has integrity, and will do what they say and not do a half-assed job. It's so hard to find hard working people who are just not in it for the money. I have used so many people and am tired of having to baby-sit and look over their shoulder so I can get a good job done, I recommend Gary and his crew, they go the extra mile and then some. Gary told me he would come back and re-seed and not charge me a dime.

I see I put all the details in upper box. It went fine. They arrived on time, were friendly and clean. They got the job done. It required cutting a hole in the closet wall to access the plumbing. They made absolutely sure there were no leaks in plumbing, very important. They made sure the faucets and shower worked, cleaned up behind themselves and took old parts with them when they left. I will be calling them for yard work when the time comes.

It went fine, he does the work quick, cleans up after himself and puts my indoor plants back where they belong. He has been doing this for years. In fact I have been a customer of Classic Grounds Care for 11 years. I saw the add in the paper along with several others and had 3 bids to rentovate my yard. I chose C.G.C. because of the price and I liked the person that came here. They have been doing my yard ever since. They preform other work too. In the last 10 years they put a new roof on my house down to the rafters. Everything had to be removed and replaced. I had several companies give me a bid and I chose C.G.C.. They did a very good job and clean up so well after themselves and haul everything away. Another major job they did was replace 22 windows , again I had bids from several other places and chose C.G.C again. They did another great job. Over the years they have done many repairs for me. I find them reasonably priced, clean and polite and if one has an emergency they will come as quick as possible..
