Declining Quality, No Longer Reliable Anderson once had a decent reputation, as some older published reviews might reflect. I have used them repeatedly over the years. However, in my personal experience, their reliability and the quality of their work have steadily declined. As just one example, they recently provided a bid to my condo association association. The bid contained numerous careless errors. I physically walked the property with them, pointing out the errors. They acknowledged the errors and they promised to provided a corrected bid. They never did so. Around the same time, I had also entered into two contracts with them for other jobs. Some time before the date on which the jobs were to be completed, they sent me an email message in which they blandly stated that they would not honor the contracts and would not do the work as they were legally obligated to do. The excuses that they offered for these frank breaches of contract were lame and legally irrelevant. It is now probably too late for me to find another tree service to do the work this fall. I’m currently considering my available legal remedies. In short, this company has become completely unreliable. I will never use or recommend them again. There are many other tree cutting services in the Kitsap County area, most of which have got to be better than this one. I suggest that you choose one of them.

They were very helpful and professional. There were some holes through the roof into the ceiling. I had bought some tarps and the owner said they would use them to cover the roof for me. However, when I gave them the tarps, they stated they weren't big enough. The owner was on his way out and he stopped at the hardware and bought the right size tarps and brought them out. They put the tarps on the roof for me until I can hire someone to come out and fix the roof. Also, I was very impressed with the cleanup afterwards. They went well above and beyond for me and I can't say enough good things about them.

Did an amazing job. Very professional.

Leonard arrived right on time in the morning, and his crew set right to work. They cut the trees close to the house carefully and without damaging a single bit of our landscaping, then cut all the pieces to usable lengths for us. It was an all-day job and when they were done they cleaned up the mess. I can't recommend them enough and will certainly use this company for any future tree service.

They came a day earlier than I had expected and ndash; they did call me first. They finished a day early because of this, and I saved money over the other companies that gave us estimates for the job. Very professional, I would highly recommend them. They're on my speed dial now.

They did a great job on a very large, old tree in a difficult spot against the house. It looks wonderful now! Professional, prompt, and courteous, at a fair price. Very good clean up too.

I've been using their services for ten years. They did real well and worked very hard. It was more work than they anticipated and they had no complaints about that. They came out here real quick to get the work done.

They were very professional, and had equipment that enabled them to do the job without any damage to the surrounding structures. They cleaned up after themselves and left us with the usable wood. They chopped up everything else at pretty much our direction. They took care of everything that we wanted. We have scheduled them for another job already.

They were very punctual. They came out right away and gave me an estimate and it turned out to be below other companies we had had come out. They took a little bit longer than they expected to do the work but they were done in about 3 work days. I was very satisfied with their work.
