Very poor communication with us, the clients. They seemed to want us to do most if not all of their leg work when repairs were needed on any of the units. After moving to a new property management company, some of our tenants remarked that Alger was not very responsive when problems arose and that they were pleased we hired someone new.
Note: They actually managed more than one unit for us that are in different locations.
