He was running a bit late and appreciated the call letting me know. He laid down runners and taped off the fireplace to eliminate any leakage. I could tell it had not been cleaned in some time due to the amount of black soot found. He was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions satisfactorily. All of his equipment removes leaving no mess behinf. Was very pleased with the experience.

Provided wonderful services, left everything very clean and did not make a mess in the house. Super friendly and provided great advice for future up keep. I would absolutely use him again!

He spread cloths from the front door to the stove, wrapped the stove. Using a vacuum left outside the front door he cleaned my stove chimney.

He also went up on roof to check the exterior of the chimney as well as my furnace chimney. He detected damage to the latter lid and made recommendations.

He cleaned up his equipment and left my house clean.

He was courteous, friendly and easy to talk to, explaining everything needed. Very professional.

I USE THIS COMPANY ALL THE TIME AND AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR SERVICES. THE NICE THING ABOUT THIS COMPANY IS I WILL CALL THEM TO CLEAN MY CHIMNEY AND THEY COME OUT PROMPTLY. HOWEVER, IF THEY FEEL MY CHIMNEY IS NOT IN NEED OF BEING CLEANED THEY WILL TELL ME AND NOT CHARGE ME FOR THE VISIT.
