TruVision Auto Glass

We had a great experience with Joel @ TruVision. He was extremely responsive, called back quickly and got us scheduled in despite being booked for the day. He arrived on time and was very professional. He seems to be passionate in what he does and really took his time to provide quality work rather than hurrying and doing a rush job. The job was completed within 45 minutes and no hassles. Joel is a great guy who truly enjoys his job and helping his customers. He even took the time to fix my wipers without charging anything extra. Great local and family owned company. I will refer TruVision to anyone and will be back for any auto glass repairs I need.

I called for auto glass repair. The phone was not answered promptly, so I ended the call without leaving a message. They called me right back. I told the man I was interested in getting my window fixed today. The man said he would call around to see if he could get a tech out and would call me back. I asked how long before he would call back. About 15 min. After 45 min I started looking for another service provider. It has now been 90 min. I have scheduled a repair for tomorrow. The guy wasted my time. I waited for the return call. My request for same day was maybe a little wishful on my part, but why not ask. He could have easily set me up for the next day, but instead blew me off. Not a good way to generate positive customer feedback. I will go elsewhere.
