+ -1 moreI called this place because I needed repairs to my Samsung washer. The guy I had called immediately before this place said he did not work on Samsung washers. So I specifically asked this place whether they worked on Samsung washers. Their response on the phone: "Oh, yes, absolutely, we work on all brands of washers." They said it would be $55 for the diagnostic work, and that the $55 would be applied to the costs of any repairs done. So I scheduled an appointment for the following Monday (several days out, and we needed our washer badly!) I was given a confirmation number of 227220. So I wait the several days, and schedule myself to be at home between 8:00 - 10:00 am on Monday. Then ... on Sunday night ... I get a call from them telling me that they are sorry but they don't have anybody available who knows how to work on a Samsung washer, and they have to cancel the service visit. Gee, thanks for nothing. Now I have to start all over again and try to find a repair service during the busy holidays. I do NOT recommend this provider.
Description of Work: This place said they could do the job (Samsung washer repair) and then called me the night before they were supposed to arrive and said they unfortunately DID NOT have anyone qualified to work on a Samsung.
