Organic Clean

The first time I used  them there were two cleaners and they did a good job.  My only complaint is that one of the cleaners was talking loudly on her cell phone a good part the time, which was very distracting since I was in the other room trying to write. However, now I want to redeem a paid voucher through LivingSocial but Organic Clean does is completely unresponsive to phone messages or emails. I have tried both emailing and calling several times and they have not gotten back to me. I have talked with LivingSocial, who has indicated they have other complaints of this nature. I will try one more time and then will have to get my money back.

The first time (Groupon) they did an incredible job.  After that we hired them to come on a regular basis.  After the first time they were horrible.  You could barely tell that they were here. When we called they were courteous and said they would fix the problem next time but each time we would get the same result.   They also broke things in the house without telling us.
 We finally had to cancel. 
I would not recommend this company.

I used their services as a group deal from Angies List, getting two housekeepers for 2 hours, for half the price. While overall, they did a great job cleaning, it was difficult to schedule. I'm not sure if they became very busy due to the deal or what. I called to schedule an appointment and received a call back a few days later.  I scheduled an apppointment for a few weeks out. I received a call a week before the appointment and they said that they had a shortage of staff and could either schedule me weeks out or call again when they found a sooner availability. We went back and forth like this for a little while and they were finally able to come about 2 months after my initial call. When they came they seemed punctual and did a great job cleaning, getting into all the nooks and crannies in my kitchen and one of the bathrooms, they also vacuumed the living and dining room. They basically did all that they could do in the amount of time given. In the kitchen they cleaned countertop and table surfaces; the stovetop, inside/outside the microwave, the outside surfaces of the refrigterator, the dish rack (it was a nice bonus for me that they did that, since I don't normally think of it), swept the floor, and cleaned the windows. In the bathroom, they cleaned the countertop, tub, and toilet  There was no chemical smell after they left which was nice, and all the surfaces were gleaming. While I liked the cleaning job, I'm not sure if I'd hire them back due to the scheduling problems.

The girls worked fast, and  did an excellent job!  I will definitely call them again.

They did a good job; I was very happy with their service, with the above mentioned issue that could be easily remedied.
