As a current owner of a Consulting company that works with companies acquiring or leasing land, commercial property, and hotel space, I understand the need to focus on the details while understanding the larger picture of what we are trying to accomplish. I have always been a high performer, and was the youngest General Manager ever appointed in my division of a Fortune 300 company, and was subsequently awarded the top Revenue Leader in sales for Year over Year after my first year of taking over the John Hopkin Mount Washington campus in Maryland.
I have been part of the Seattle and Washington state since 2002 and am well versed in the unique neighborhoods that you may be interested in calling home. I am an active listener and am able to leverage my experience to ensure your financial and emotional needs are met during the real estate process.
Market Knowledge and Education
I have a well-rounded background with Medical, Business, and Real Estate training. I have continued my education with courses through the Executive Education Business school of both University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill.
To stay on top of real estate trends and legal concerns, I continue to take 45 credit hours a year, which directly benefits my clients as the market and laws are continually changing.
