Trevor at N and K Construction is awesome! He completed everything he said he would and finished ahead of schedule. He cleaned up the work area every day and was very conscientious about my comfort level and that of my neighbors. I will definitely use his services again for my next project.

Trevor came and gave me an estimate, which I accepted. He then took the work with him and returned it when he said he would for the amount he quoted me. He was very polite and did good work. I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a handyman.

Trevor did a great job on our deck. The only issue is that some of the stain splattered on the window near the deck. He completed the job in a timely manner. Sorry it took me so long to get this rating up.

I had Trevor come out to fix a leak in a window, and uncovered way more water damage than I expected. He did a great job fixing it. He was always on time, gave me an accurate estimate up front, and did great work. I'd definitely recommend him, and will use him again in the future.

Leak repair did not fix the issue. We now have the same leak even worse and are going to have to spend even more money for repair.

I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Trevor and his talents in this area are incredible. My neighbors and I are very happy with the new fence that we share. Trevor even revived another area of my fence that didn't need to be replaced, but now matches the new fence. I appreciate that he came under his original bid and he didn't replace things that didn't need replacing...in other words he was conscious about the budget. I would definitely hire him for other projects. Very nice work!

Trevor was fabulous. He came out the morning after my call to give me a free estimate and was able to come back the next day to do the project. He replaced my window in less than two hours and the actual price was completely in range with his estimate. He was a pleasure to work with and if I have any construction projects in the future I would not hesitate to hire him.
