Mike was very creative in crafting the new pullout drawers for our high rise Bellevue condo.

The door and drawer fronts that were factory-made look great. The cabinets that he built are ok. He was quick to get the project started and anxious to get paid but the process was slow. There was a lack of quality craftsmanship and a lack of pride in the quality of the work. He even argued with me when I did not want strips of MDF under the roller feet of the refrigerator (which has a water and ice dispenser. It was not less expensive and I regret I did not go with someone else.

Mike was great to work with. He was responsive, offered some great ideas to maximize our cabinet space and we are so happy with the finished product.

Great job done . We have a very old kitchen that needed to be brought into this century. Mike did a repaint & put on all new doors and drawers ... we are very happy with the end result.

We live in a 65-year-old mid-century rambler in which the kitchen was last remodeled about 25 years ago. We liked the cabinets but they were long past their prime. We didnâ t want to replace the tile floor or countertops and there were built-ins we wanted to keep (book shelves, ovens). We just wanted to replace the cabinet doors with something similar to what we had--plain maple doors. And we wanted new hardware. Mike Smith gave us exactly what we wanted. He got us a sample to make sure the new cabinets would match the built-ins and frames and his price was less than half that quoted by a big box store that couldnâ t get us what we wanted. Mike came on time and cleaned up daily. He went above and beyond our expectations, adding a piece of laminate in our cabinet under the kitchen sink and reinforcing a support that had water damage. Mike did a great job. He replaced all my cabinet doors with the soft close hinges and put in new drawers and pullout shelves for the bottom cabinets. The cabinets were painted and new hardware installed. It looks great. He coordinated when he would be by to do the work and always cleaned up afterward. I'm very pleased with my new refreshed cabinets.

Mike s work was excellent! He refaced our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. He provided recommendations on how to better utilize the space we have in our small kitchen. He was willing to do some add on work for us which we really appreciated. Definitely would recommend.

Mike refaced our maple kitchen cabinets and drawers, the cabinet sides and floor moldings. We got creative with difficult-to-reach space and he incorporated our suggestion to convert a 2-door cabinet into 2 deep and wide drawers as well as build sliding trays for several appliance garages. We also used ready-to-install chrome shelving and had new drawers installed that are deeper and longer than the existing ones. We have much more useful storage and flexibility. The cabinet doors now have slow-close hinges. The overall look is great and our mutual patience in working through the details was worth the effort and appreciated by us. As a sidenote, we found a local pantry door supplier that had a matching style of finish for our new, pecan wood cabinets/drawers and we ordered extra arched cabinet pulls for everything. The total results are impressive to us and our friends/neighbors. Thanks Mike, great job!

Mike refaced our kitchen cupboards, and he even had suggestions on how we could add 3 additional drawers! His craftsmanship is excellent and he takes pride in his work. His concern is that his customers are happy and he goes the extra mile to satisfy his customer. I would recommend Mike for any cabinet work.

We honestly didn’t know what to expect from cabinet refacing. We knew that we wanted the basic IKEA kitchen look – without paying for new cabinets/countertops and dealing with a large renovation. In the end, Mike delivered exactly what we wanted. Several cabinet refacers came out to take measurements, but only Mike came through with a bid. His quote was well in-line with what we were expecting to pay, so he got the job. One thing that’s important to note about our kitchen is that it’s extremely small – and that means that storage space comes at a premium. What we liked best is that Mike offered some awesome and very cheap suggestions on how we could take advantage of every inch of real estate. It’s important to note that they weren’t cheesy or pushy “upsells,” and it felt more like he was genuinely helping us achieve the kitchen we wanted. For us, our kitchen was so small that our drawers wouldn’t fit a standard silverware tray, so we’d been putting it on the counter for years. During the refacing process, Mike installed a large drawer, so we could finally put our silverware in a drawer. This was almost as awesome as the first time I heard The Beatles. In terms of the work itself, he arrived on time and delivered exactly what he said he’d would. He basically put new laminate on the cabinet areas you can see and put on new doors. We purchased new handles from IKEA and he installed them on the doors. He hauled the old doors away and left the job site clean. The whole process took about 12 hours. In the end, we're completely satisfied with the quality of Mike’s work and would highly recommend him. He delivered the cabinets we wanted at the price we could afford.
