Fosmore Construction Inc. is a full service company specializing in residential & commercial remodeling. We are a licensed, bonded & insured general contractor. Washington State License number: FOSMOC1966RH. We are located in Shoreline, Washington & have 3 employees. We utilize quality subcontractors when needed but prefer to do most work "in house". We have been very successful in using our creativity & experience to solve many challenging problems that come up when undertaking a remodeling project of any size. We have done many "high end" kitchen & bathroom remodels, Mother-In-Law units, basement & whole house makeovers, door & window replacements etc... We can provide design assistance when needed (including scale drawings & perspective views of the proposed project). Our written scopes of work & bid proposals are thorough & accurate. We have long employed "green" remodeling materials and methods, utilize "selective demolition" practices and recycle all viable demolition debris (cabinets, fixtures, doors, windows etc...).
