The Cressy service tech was Steve. 30+ years in the business. He was responsive to my call, thorough in his summary of the process and estimated costs. He was on time, recommended that the spring be given a turn and it would be a normal maintenance call. When he went to turn the spring, it broke, and then he replaced both springs. The experience was exactly has he had described and estimated - no surprises, great service! After he was done he advised on way to maintain the door going forward. I would highly recommend Cressy.

Cressy Door was professional, accurate, and courteous from the very first contact all the way through to follow-up adjustments. Compared to other quote providers, Kimo (my Cressy rep) asked detailed questions about what I wanted to order, the dimensions, and exactly what needed to be installed (door and motor). This resulted in an accurate quote unlike others I received that only asked for dimensions. I was kept informed about delivery dates and was greeted by a friendly workman on the day of installation. He was quick, tidy, and took care to walk me through how to operate the system. A few days later, the door had trouble closing. The same workman came out and made adjustments (no charge), fixing the issue and explaining what had happened. Most of it had to do with a slight slope in my garage floor. Unfortunately, the door had trouble again. This time, it was a week-end. Usually, it would cost to get emergency service done but Kimo responded to my concerns right away. He called and walked me through some troubleshooting steps. We got the door closed and the following day (Sunday), he personally came to inspect the issue. He fixed it in no time and we haven't had a problem since. I highly recommend Cressy Doors for its customer service and responsiveness.

We first met with Kimo who helped us with the door and opener selection. He was on time, answered all of our questions, took measurements and sent us an estimate by email. As arranged he called when the door came in and set up actual installment date. Installation was on time, quick, and clean up was great. We love our new doors. We were very happy with their work and recommended them to our dad. They installed our old door opener and a new door for him as well. Very easy to work with.

My parents used this company for their gargage doors and had a similiar expeirence as mine. Their price was great, estimate price was great. Reason i did not use was customer service did not have the sense of urgency i wanted. The people are nice, and my parents said they were happy with their final product. The reason i did not go with them is because customer service was slower than what i expected. My parents had the same expeirence. It took the company a couple days to get the written bid to me. I am sure if i would have used them the service, quality would have been great- although i went with the company that wanted my business.

We have used Cressy Door on 2 previous occasions and they have always been less expensive than I expected and very helpful. They fixed the problems all 3 times. They were on time and pleasant. We always refer them to our friends and family.

They did a very good job. The person who came out was very professional and did a good and quick job. I was happy.

Our overhead garage door was installed by Cressy about 10 years ago. I have felt for some time that it did not operate smoothly. I called Cressy and Steve came to check it out. He tightened loose fittings and lubricated the hinges and rollers that Cressy had never mentioned at the time of installation. The door now operates more smoothly and quietly than ever before. Steve did a good job but I fault Cressy for not advising us about the need for preventative maintenance.

I originally thought I would have to get a new garage door after getting a estimate from another company. I called Cressy and they came out took a look and let me know all I had to do was replace the bracket instead of an entire new door. They didn't try and upsell me but instead fixed the actual problem I had. They came out when they said they would. The installer was very nice and professional. He answered several questions and recommended a new garage door opener for when I was ready or needed one.

we had a new garage door installed about 4 or 5 years ago. The garage door is beautiful. However, we put up with a defective (NEW) garage door opener for four or five years before I called the owner to complain about it (for the last time). He took care of us. we FINALLY got a garage door opener that seems to work the way it is supposed to. thank you Rudy! But Rudy: I have not mentioned this. the guy that installed it broke the windows in the old door and missed alot of pieces that I found later in and in front of the garage.

All steps of this process were great. The advice I received at the shop was helpful and comprehensive. James then visited to check measurements and walk me through the installation preparation. The doors were changed out and adjusted in a timely manner. Clean up was good. All in all, it went very smoothly and the doors look fantastic.

They were prompt and they accomplished the work. They also did a little extra work that was not exactly on the original request so they were helpful in that way. I think their price is a little expensive.

Service guy was prompt & professional and there were no problems to speak of.

We hired Cressy Door to come out and replace our torsion spring on the garage door. When they arrived they discovered that the torsion spring was fine and it needed some adjustments and roller replacements. This saved us a couple hundred dollars and the work was done quickly and with excellent quality.

It went fabulous. They were ahead of schedule, and did what they said they would do. It was just a great experience. I would recommend them to anyone. We have another garage door that we need fixed and we will have them come out for the job.
