The Cressy service tech was Steve. 30+ years in the business. He was responsive to my call, thorough in his summary of the process and estimated costs. He was on time, recommended that the spring be given a turn and it would be a normal maintenance call. When he went to turn the spring, it broke, and then he replaced both springs. 
The experience was exactly has he had described and estimated - no surprises, great service! After he was done he advised on way to maintain the door going forward. I would highly recommend Cressy.

the cost for service was amazing great.  the quality of door construction was top notch.  Service was amazing, was on time, did and met all promises, and was professional at all times.

Cressy Door was professional, accurate, and courteous from the very first contact all the way through to follow-up adjustments. Compared to other quote providers, Kimo (my Cressy rep) asked detailed questions about what I wanted to order, the dimensions, and exactly what needed to be installed (door and motor). This resulted in an accurate quote unlike others I received that only asked for dimensions.
I was kept informed about delivery dates and was greeted by a friendly workman on the day of installation. He was quick, tidy, and took care to walk me through how to operate the system.
A few days later, the door had trouble closing. The same workman came out and made adjustments (no charge), fixing the issue and explaining what had happened. Most of it had to do with a slight slope in my garage floor.
Unfortunately, the door had trouble again. This time, it was a week-end. Usually, it would cost to get emergency service done but Kimo responded to my concerns right away. He called and walked me through some troubleshooting steps. We got the door closed and the following day (Sunday), he personally came to inspect the issue. He fixed it in no time and we haven't had a problem since.

We first met with Kimo who helped us with the door and opener selection.  He was on time, answered all of our questions, took measurements and sent us an estimate by email.  As arranged he called when the door came in and set up actual installment date.  Installation was on time, quick, and clean up was great.  We love our new doors.  We were very happy with their work and recommended them to our dad.  They installed our old door opener and a new door for him as well. Very easy to work with.

Cressy Door replaced my very old garage door opener.  Good price.  Honest.  On time.  Great opener and installation.  Cleaned up everything and disposed of the old opener.  Very professional all around.  In and out in 2 hours.

Work was done very well, workers were prompt and professional and results were good.  Cost was higher than I expected, but sometimes that is what it takes and I was satisfied with the result.

Our overhead garage door was installed by Cressy about 10 years ago. I have felt for some time that it did not operate smoothly. I called Cressy and Steve came to check it out. He tightened loose fittings and lubricated the hinges and rollers that Cressy had never mentioned at the time of installation. The door now operates more smoothly and quietly than ever before. Steve did a good job but I fault Cressy for not advising us about the need for preventative maintenance.

I originally thought I would have to get a new garage door after getting a estimate from another company. I called Cressy and they came out took a look and let me know all I had to do was replace the bracket instead of an entire new door. They didn't try and upsell me but instead fixed the actual problem I had.  They came out when they said they would.  The installer was very nice and professional.  He answered several questions and recommended a new garage door opener  for when I was ready or needed one.

we had a new garage door installed about 4 or 5 years ago. The garage door is beautiful. However, we put up with a defective (NEW) garage door opener for four or five years before I called the owner to complain about it (for the last time). He took care of us. we FINALLY got a garage door opener that seems to work the way it is supposed to. thank you Rudy!
But Rudy: I have not mentioned this. the guy that installed it broke the windows in the old door and missed alot of pieces that I found later in and in front of the garage.

All steps of this process were great. The advice I received at the shop was helpful and comprehensive. James then visited to check measurements and walk me through the installation preparation. The doors were changed out and adjusted in a timely manner. Clean up was good. All in all, it went very smoothly and the doors look fantastic.
