Matthew was excellent in his communication, was punctual and reliable. He is meticulous with his work and has a good eye for detail. Clean-up from scraping old paint was performed and work was professionally completed.

We have had Cascadia Brushworks out twice to paint our 1920's bungalow. The first time was when the exterior of our home was in need of some serious TLC - -the wood siding had paint chipping off, some of the soffit was rotten in places, the color was fading, and we knew it would be a huge undertaking. We wanted to find someone knowledgeable with painting older homes and Matt was great. He has the attention to detail we were looking for and did a fantastic job. He cleaned up after himself every day before he left and finished within the quoted budget. The second time we hired Matt was for interior painting. We needed roughly 500 sq ft or our aging spanish plaster painted. Matt not only gave us a verbal estimate of the cost and stuck with his word, but also consulted with us on the colors that would be appropriate for the our ceilings and walls. He arrived every day on time, took measures to cover our furniture with painters tarps and cover our wood floors with plastic when painting the ceiling, and cleaned up after himself every day. We were very pleased with the results.
