Brenda and crew were fantastic to work with and helpful with choosing fabric, offering ideas, and thoughtful as to what would work in our home.  Brenda was very knowledgeable and worked to provide quality customer service and products.  When the shades were being installed she noticed a mark on one of the shades and had it replaced.  Had she not said anything, I doubt I would have ever noticed the mark.  I was impressed.  Our shades make me very happy!

Tony did the installation and he worked quickly, efficiently and with care.  I recommend this business and plan to use them again to have cushions made for a window seat.

Budget Blinds had a wide array of choices and colors. We choose their "Signature" honeycomb blinds, custom fit to our windows. They were manufactured just shy of two weeks and installed in 1/2 hr. Our home has a Western exposure - the sun shining through the windows and reflecting off the lake really heat up the interior. The blinds make a world of difference. We are very pleased with the end result and would use Budget Blinds again if we needed blinds in the future.

They had a good selection to choose from. They were great. They came to my house with samples and I was able to see what they would look like in my room. She was knowledgeable and helped me make decisions. They were communicative and they kept their price which it was reasonable than what I thought.

Coral came and measured the windows and helped me to pick out the blinds that I wanted, including the colors. She has been doing this for years and is very fast and really knows what she is doing. The installation was a couple of weeks later, and was equally fast and well done. The blinds fit perfectly, and I love the colors!

This is the 3rd time I've used this particular Budget Blinds office.  The first was in 2005 when I had custom woven fiber shades and 2" wooden blinds installed in my condo.  The second was in 2006 when I had 2" wooden blinds and silk roman shades installed throughout my new townhouse.  In both instances the customer service was professional, the product was delivered and installed on time without defect and everything looked great.  They also stand by their guarantee without hassles.  I had a room-mate who broke the set of blinds in my second bedroom of the townhouse.  The blinds came with a 5 year, no questions asked one time replacement warranty.  I called them up and they shipped me a new set right away.  I also took the liberty to replace another set that had become damaged by water splattering from the kitchen sink.  Saved me $500 that I would have had to pay were I to buy new ones.  All of this made it easy for me to make a decision to use them again when I moved into my new home this year.  One of their agents, Coral, came to our house and spent a lot of time with us going through different fabrics and choices.  She even left us a few books and samples so we could mull our decision over, swinging by a few days later to pick them back up herself.  We ended up going with their signature series (comes with the 5 year replacement warranty) and couldn't be happier.  Coral and her colleague Roxanne kept us up to date on the order status and made sure to inspect the product when it arrived at their office before scheduling installation.  Tony came out and installed the shades within 15 minutes.  I would definitely use them again.

Coral came out with sample books and measured the windows. I was grateful for this session because, thanks to her, I ordered different colors and styles than I had originally thought. Once I could see the samples in the rooms, I realized there were better choices. 3 weeks later the blinds arrived and the installer came out. It took him less than one hour to mount the new blinds and they look great.

Not well at first.  Installer Vlad was very nice, but he really did not know how to do the framing of a sliding glass door for shutters.  After he left I did a closer inspection of his work.  Trimming was pieced together and shutters were not evenly hung.  Fortunately I have a friend who has hung several window treatments on her own.  She was able to figure out what needed to be done and when we called Vlad back she was able to walk him through the process.  To Vlad's credit he did not try to make any excuses, nor was he defensive and seemed to really appreciate the advice on how and what needed to be redone.  The end result is I am satisfied with how the shutters now look, but I am not sure that would have happened without the help of my friend.  Vlad was very professional and I think he was doing the best that he could.  He just wasn't that experienced at doing the framing for a sliding glass door.

A representative came to our home for a consultation and provided estimates quickly. The order was easily placed and delivery was scheduled. The installer arrived on the appointed day on time and was quick in conducting the work. We've been very pleased with the product and the service. We'd recommend this company without reservation.

We were happy with the both the estimator and the installer that came to the house.  We have used this company
within the last two years at our prior house, and so we knew what to expect. 
The blind was ordered on 4-27-2013 and installed on 6-4-2013 (has to be built to our specs and shipped to company).
The blind looks  and works great..
My only comment is, don't be fooled by the word "budget" in their name.  I would consider them medium to pricey not
a budget category.

Brenda came out the very day I called, skipping her lunch to help us out with a "cat who chewed off the strings emergency". We later replaced several more blinds and again the service was terrific. The company has a full range of products and gave us good advice on the quality of the products that they carried. I strongly recommend Budget Blinds.

The entire experience went very well from start to finish as described above. I am very happy with the blinds.

In home consult and installation both went very well. Lots of choices with varying price points were provided. Installation went smoothly, very professional. Very punctual and responsive to emails.

The manager was knowledgeable and helpful.  I selected the brand and he made an appointment for the designer to bring fabrics to my home.  Based on Brenda's knowledge and experience, I was able to select the type and color of window treatment quickly.  She ordered the blinds and set up an appointment for the installation.  Tony arrived on time and went t work... a beautiful job it was.
I would definitely refer this firm to others. The price was right.

I thought their price was reasonable based on the quality of the blinds I got; I got the most expensive ones. The job went fine; I think they did a pretty good job. I did not shop anywhere else because this place was highly recommended. They are high quality and were on time and professional.

I called this local branch of Budget Blinds to replace some old blinds
in our home. From the start, the people at this store were very friendly
and responsive. They provided an estimate over the phone and one of the
owners came to my home to provide a more detailed estimate. She was
very friendly and knowledgeable and was able to match the blinds to what
I had in other rooms. They delivered and installed it with no major
issues and were flexible and made 2 separate trips to accomodate a
kitchen renovation. All in all, this was a great experience and I would
highly recommend them to anyone looking for blinds.

I've used Budget Blinds twice in the past few years.  They come to your house, measure and give you a bid immediately.  They give a discount, but I don't pay much attention to that because I think it is just a psychological thing.  A price is a price.  They are a litle more expensive, but I think it is worth the service and guarantee.    I found them very professional, the blinds were made in a short time and installed perfectly.  If there is any problem, they are prompt and come by to fix it.  When they were adjusting something for me, the installer noticed a hole poked in one of the shades and informed me that Budget would replace the blind with no fee.

Very helpful.  Stated that the repair was difficult and may damage the blinds.   the job was done very well.  Like I said above.  The shop smells like cigarettes.   My blinds smelled as well.   The smell went away after a few days.   I am satisfied with the work.   There are only a few shops that will repaired blinds.   I would use them again.

I am very pleased with Budget Blinds. The whole experience was great from start to finish. Each person was really good at their jobs and made the process pleasant plus I really like the bliinds.

They were very helpful to me in selecting window treatments.  Installation was on time, accurate and very thorough.  Cleanup was done quickly and the installer was detail oriented and made sure that I understood how everything worked.  A couple of minor problems were encountered and corrected promptly.  I would not hesitate to use their services again and plan to add a couple of more roman shades in the future.

They were very professional and did a a terrific job. They are friendly and quick. The woman came out to help and pick out the blinds. Then, they made and customized the blinds. Once they were finished, they installed very quickly.
