This was the most expensive rate I have ever been charged for a clean and without a doubt and by far the very worst service. This person should not be trusted in your home. I have paid from $25-45 before from local companies never with an issue. I heard from Bamsi on a Sunday that she would clean Wednesday afternoon for my rush move-out clean. The first off thing was that she was insistent on telling me about her $50 hr rate. I agreed to leave a check for $250 for 5 hours. I arrived at what would have been 3-hours into the clean and she was gone. So had to spend $38 to issue a stop payment on the check and reissue $100 as a Venmo as she claimed she was there 2.5 hours although the commute alone from North Seattle would have taken her a minimum of 35 minutes. The only things cleaned were my bathtub (nothing else in the bathroom) and my stove. She wiped a few window sills. When I asked her why she took the check for the full 5 hours that we discussed she played dumb acting like she did not realize the amount of the check until that very moment.

Enima and her husband did a wonderful job cleaning our area rugs, wood floors, kitchen and bathroom. They even helped setup a large rug underneath a bed and cleaned it. She is incredibly friendly and efficient, it took exactly two hours as she quoted and not a single plant was out of place when we returned. Love her energy and enthusiasm.

Emina is HONEST,THOROUGH, cheerfully adds other jobs, cheerfully helps with anything you ask her to do. Emina works fast! She sees things that need to be done and just does them!! Emina has such a positive attitude and is SO CHEERFUL that she cheers up the rest of the day!!
