The Roof Doctor

They had to come back within 6 weeks as the moss was still growing and retreat it. In October, we had a leak (this is a 2008 roof so fairly new). We called them to come out. Again the roof has a lot of moss and then David said he thought we had a condensation issue and would have their "expert" come out and take a look at it and would treat the moss again since it was still growing and there hadn't been a lot of rain. After a week of not hearing back, I called the office and was told by a rude employee that their expert would call me and I just had to wait. Fast forward to end of November. Still haven't heard from them. I have since had the roof fixed by an outstanding company (B & T Roofing in Shelton). Ir was a quick repair and no leaking since.,

They called us the morning of work saying they needed a small house to do as some of there workers were sick, which worked out good for us because it bumped us up on the list. They were here at 8:00 am just like they said they would be and we're finished by 5:00 pm. They cleaned up very well and went over everything with large magnet. Was very pleased overall. Would definitely recommend them.

I have called them in an emergency and they have a location in Shelton and I've called them up when our skylights got hit and started leaking and they were out here within half an hour and had a tarp over it and then they came back out and fixed everything when the weather got better but they did it really quick so that we wouldn't have any water damage other than what we got the first place. In another case, we had a water leak on our roof in our garage that we had installed and I tried to reach the original roofer and didn't reach him and I called them and they came out and looked at it and pointed out what he had done wrong and said that they can't cover our warranty but they guaranty what they're gonna do for life. And so, I had them go ahead and do it and they did a really good job. The one thing that impressed me is that they cleaned up after themselves on the ground completely and you don't find too many roofers who would do that so I was very impressed with the Roof Doctor. They kept me informed. Just because a couple of times when they said they're gonna come here, they didn't get here when they said they're gonna come so I'd give them a B.
