I contacted Ed (owner) via e-mail and provided him the address of my mothers home in Bremerton for gutter cleaning and roof treatment. I live in Bellevue and my mother is elderly. Ed asked me a couple questions about the house and how much moss I thought was on the roof (little clumps, as house gets lots of sun). Ed provided me a bid of $300 + tax.
Ed showed up right on time and did a great job. He also made my mom feel comfortable and suggested a couple things we should consider in the future. Impressing my mom is not easy, so Ed must be a super guy. We will be using him again in the future.
