I am rarely so excited about a company's performance that I am moved to write a positive review, let alone pay to do so. That said, Outdoors by Design well deserves high praise. One of the owners, and usually all 3 of them, were on site every day to make sure the install went as planned. The crew was highly professional, neat and tidy, competent, and overall extremely pleasant to work with. The laborers they hired were clean, polite and professional. When an adjustment to the landscape plan was requested by us they were more than accommodating and happy to make the change.
Honestly, it's difficult for me to explain the great pleasure it has been to work with this company. I usually have something critical to say about most companies I've dealt with in the past, but not with Outdoors by Design. If you are in need of a landscaper for any project, large or small, I highly recommend you give them a call.
