I needed a junction box replaced after it failed and scorched my kitchen wall. He was extremely efficient, explained what happened, and how he was fixing it. He was very patient with my questions and incredibly knowledgeable. Excellent work, so pleased!!

He's very good. He's able to figure out the problem. That way it's much quicker. He's a little bit lower than the other company I came through. They were very professional and actually left the cleanup to us because at $100 an hour, he figured we'd rather do that ourselves. He'll be back doing other things.

He came to my home and found the problem right away. Some wires were pinched on the recliner so that it would not work. He has a basic minimum rate of one hour so he used the rest of the hour to check my electrical panel and make suggestions, as well as talk about possible outdoor lighting.

Hank offered to come Saturday evening, but we opted for Sunday in order to have PUD back out to shut off power to the house for the repairs to take place. Hank was responsive, professional and had the parts needed to repair the meter base in a couple of hours and have us up and running. His price was very fair and there was no extra fee for a Sunday job. He was very friendly and took time to explain exactly what was done. He even loaned me his label maker to re-do the old labels on the breaker panel that were a mess of old masking tape and scribbled writing from the previous owner.

The owner of Lighthouse Electric, Hank did the work himself. The entire project was completed quickly and efficiently in a little under two hours time. Hank took the took the time to explain the project and what he needed to change to bring the wiring was within code. Additionally while he was at my home he took a minute to look over another electrical panel for me to insure that it and the surrounding wiring was safe. I was a little surprised that the old electrical circuit box was left for me to dispose of, but maybe that is usual within the business?
Overall I was quite pleased with the service provided by Lighthouse Electric and appreciated that the electrician Hank was willing to explain not only the job that he was currently working on but also how some other wiring and circuits worked around my place. I will definitely hire Lighthouse Electric again!

They got it done before it fell. They came up with a practical solution for the problem when I wasn't home. I couldn't be there when they ran into a problem, but they figured out a good way to solve it.
