I found Ben to be exremely helpful from the start, not just with his product knowledge but in his eagerness to help us meet our needs at the lowest cost. We had to work with him remotely as we live 3,000 miles from the site but he sent pictures of what he was going to do and (many) more pictures when he was done. He was up at the site the first non-rainy day after we spoke to work out what the best approach was and came back with his recommendations and quote that evening. The next day he poured the concrete and placed the posts as well as doing all the earth and stump moving. Within a week the project was finished - on time and on budget. I have rarely if ever had a more pleasant service experience, even when working face to face.
