He did a beautiful job of terracing our very difficult slope including the removal of a stump the size of the excavator. He also made a Very useable path down to our lower lot on a steep drop. Very pleasant experience. Weâ d use him again in a heart beat! Also very reasonably priced.

The whole team at EI Kristyn is very easy to work with and posess a high degree of integrity. I would work with them again andy recommend them to a friend.

The work was well planned and executed. Tim was conscientious throughout the work, including the preparation and follow up. He was very receptive to comments and treated his staff professionally, even when staff was still learning some of the fine points of the work.

The work was done on time but had to be changed from the original plan because of geo engineers and county requirements.

I contracted with EI Kristyn to build an attached two-car garage. Tim Bailey, the owner, was referred by two neighbors who had been satisfied with his work but warned me about his job-site manner. I was impressed with Bailey�s site prep and how he worked through construction challenges, but I agreed that his job-site manner was unacceptable. I did not like the disruptive environment he created on my property. In my opinion he bullied his employees and I demanded that he leave with the job incomplete when he bullied me. I paid him in full and absorbed the add�l costs to complete the job.

We had a very positive experience with this contractor. He had a lot of great ideas to improve the project from what the architect designed. We are very confident in his technical skill and that the job was built correctly. As with all projects, we had some change orders due to hidden rot, etc.... The pricing on the COs was very fair and straightforward. We are planning to hire him to remodel our bathroom and laundry room next.

The entire EI Kristyn Team was great to work with. They continued to update us on the progress each day as the project went forward. The construction workers were the ultimate professionals. The price was extremely reasonable no surprise costs. I will use EI Krityn & Sons again. Don't hesitate to trust them they exceeded my expectations. Once the deck was completed we simply set up our outdoor chairs and enjoyed our new deck knowing that the clean up was complete and the new deck was sound.

EI Kristyn completed the project on time and fixed some minor product workmanship I asked them to fix. Overall, I am happy with their work.

They always made sure to stay in touch about the project. They stayed on top of the problems. I would hire him again.
