About us
We are a small Christian business specializing in personal service. We work out or our home with my beautiful wife and one dedicated employee. About 8 years ago we took over continue the business my dad started. I enjoyed our time together. Bids and in-home consultations are no charge. On service calls, we charge a minimum of one hour labor with no trip charge. We offer financing, net 30 and rebates.

Comfort Heating and Cooling provided specifications and bid for a new energy efficient heating system to replace baseboard heaters. The cabin is somewhat remote by they did the work in a timely and professional manner. They are clearly very experienced in this sort of installation and they recommended the system and configuration that would best fit our needs. Helped with permitting and inspection processes to ensure that we were eligible for a rebate from Mason County PUD. All in all, Roger Crowe and his company exceeded our expectations on this project.
I was a little surprised when he asked me why I wanted to have my vents cleaned. He wanted to make sure that my vents actually needed cleaning.
There are 2 hallways in my home and, when I moved in, the builder had been venting the dryer underneath the house. I had the vent re-routed outside the house. The gentleman went and cleaned out the dryer vent from outside the house.
When he finished, some debris had gotten on the rug around the vent. He went the extra mile and vaccumed the rug around the vent to make sure that it was clean.
He ultimately did a really good job. When he initially wrote the ticket, he forgot to include the dryer vent. I wrote him a check for the full estimated amount anyway because he did such a great job.
