Active was very professional; returned phonecalls, showed up at house when appt was made and finished job early. Estimate to repair our septic was honest and reasonable. In all, I would definitely recommend Active for any septic issues.

Active Underground replaced the septic pump. Originally I had A plus out of Olympia come in and give an estimate. A plus was $2,767.39 for the same job. Not only was it over $1,400 higher I received numerous calls pressuring us to do the work. Thank God for Active Underground. I worked with James Medcalf who was able to give me a ball park over the phone when I provided him the proper information, pump model, GPM rate, etc. he was able to provide a very reasonable estimate. We arranged for James to come out and install it. He was on-time very professional, and you could see his work was meticulous. He explained what was going on so a lay person like me could understand. If I could recommend him higher I would. For what A plus wanted to charge, I could buy two pumps. Active Underground came recommended HIGHLY from our County Health dept. along with several others. I can see why they were on the list. I would recommend them to anyone that has Septic problems.
