We moved to new home which has several neglected fruit and ornamental trees. We met James, the proprietor of We Love Trees, when he removed a neighbor's towering poplar from a tight spot near the house. He took a break to tour our yard and advise us on which trees were valuable and how to improve their health and fruit production, providing an estimate on doing the work. We were impressed with his knowledge, obvious joy in his work, and communication with us; a grafted fruit tree combination had him laughing out loud, and he quickly wrote off a tree with trunk rot. The work was done as quoted. He works very quietly, with battery-powered chainsaws for limbing and pruning and minimal running of the chipper.
