 + -1 moreEric came out promptly. He spent extra time with me answering all sorts of questions I had about septic systems in general. I'm a first time home buyer. He was friendly, patient, and informative. There was some piece that had fallen off inside the tank. While Eric doesn't do those sorts of repairs, he sent me to a friend of his who did an excellent job.
