I'm pleased to report that Sleep Country replaced the defective mattress that I purchased last year.  I upgraded to a better quality mattress and had to pay more for it, but they took back the other mattress and gave me full credit.

I purchased a near top-of-the-line mattress for my mother who is a stroke victim and spends a great deal of time sleeping.  The warranty sounded great.  Within three months the mattress had a significant sag in the middle.  I called the store who directed me to customer service.  They informed me that unless the sag was at least 1 1/2", it wouldn't be covered.  The sag occurs in an area that is already dipped due to the button and quilting making it look normal if you take a picture of it as is required to make a claim.  The sag itself is just under an inch, so doesn't qualify anyway.  Added to that, they require a $50 inspection fee.  I understand they do this to prevent fraud.  So now I'm also stuck with a defective mattress that I have no chance of getting replaced and my mother just has to deal with it because $1000 just don't grow on trees to be able to purchase another one.
