Super. Orlando made sure every service to house, pumps, and out buildings were as we desired. Top materials. Also, an install was done by the septic people that was in Orlando's bid. He accepted this without complaint. Professional integrity.

Quick response, scheduled a free consultation. Once Orlando arrived he started working on the outlet immediately, without asking for my permission. He then informed me that if this were a repair call he would have to charge $187 for the work, but said he'd do me a favor and roll the cost of the outlet repair into the light replacement. At this point, he hadn't even seen the lights nor given an estimate of the job, and I thought the quote he later gave me was rather high. However, I felt I had no choice but to hire him to do the light replacement, to avoid the additional repair charge. He did a good job of installing the new lights and repairing the outlet, but I felt tricked into hiring him to do the work, and it left a negative impression.

"I'm sorry you felt like that but we do not start any work without your approval. You called us to trouble shoot a problem you had with a outlet not working, we found the problem and we fixed it. We normally charge for a service call $187.50, but because you wanted more work done we priced the work we already had done into just a regular charge to change an outlet. I think we were more than fare, plus we send you the estimate prior to fixing the other work you wanted us to do and you accepted it and schedule it. I don't see how we trick you. We are a Licensed Bonded & Insured Company and our prices reflect that. We are very reputable and honest, we try to be as competitive as we can but we can not compete with handyman or unlicensed contractors. Again i'm sorry you felt like that."

Great. Still having problems with the front motion lights, but that seems to be something in the old panel. Will have them take care of it later on.

Orlando was great to work with. He was thorough, professional, prompt, and always willing to take time to explain what he was doing and why. I'm very happy with the job he did. His quote was higher than other electricians and that's why I gave price a 4, rather than 5. It's not because it wasn't worth the cost. It was. I 'm just noting it was higher than others.

Orlando saw what needed replacing, assisted me in ordering the part, and then installed it. He was honest in his charge, showed up when he said he would, and cleaned up when he was finished. I have given 3 of his business cards to friends who need an electrician. I would recommend him very highly. Hi is A-1 in my estimation!
